The article is from a local paper, and is poorly written.

I know there's lots of low budget shoots going on, but, never hurts to learn about another one. The director's showreel is interesting (http://ths.thijsbazelmans.com/), the producer is new.

Might be interesting to follow these people's journey and see how they do!
